I'm Milorad Vujacic. I build custom web platforms for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, email threads, and templates that can't do what they need: online inventory, product catalogs, listing platforms, job boards, and dashboards.

Deadlines that keep moving. Estimates that grow. A site that only the developer can change, on an account the business doesn't control. When that happens, the problem usually isn't skill. It's how the work was agreed.
So I agree on the work differently. You get a written scope, a fixed price, and a timeline before anything starts. You see progress while it's built. When it's done, the domain, the code, the content, and the data are yours, and I stay available after launch.
I also tell people when they don't need me. If a ready-made tool or a better process fits your business, that's the advice you'll get on the call.
