1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website vujacic-web-solutions.com (the "Site"), operated by Milorad Vujacic, sole proprietor of Vujacic Web Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), and any inquiries, bookings, or services initiated through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, or by booking a call or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

Vujacic Web Solutions provides custom WordPress development, business systems, and automation services, including inventory platforms, client portals, internal dashboards, and related WordPress/Elementor/Crocoblock development work. We are based in Novi Sad, Serbia.

3. The Site Is Informational

The Site is provided for informational purposes to describe our services, showcase past projects, and allow visitors to book a discovery call. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to perform services. Any actual engagement for services is governed by a separate written proposal, quote, or contract agreed between you and us (a "Project Agreement"), and these Terms apply to the Site itself; in the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Project Agreement, the Project Agreement controls for the scope of work it covers.

4. Booking a Call

When you book a discovery call through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and current information. Booking a call does not create any obligation on either party to enter into a paid engagement. Either party may decline to proceed after the call.

5. Quotes, Pricing, and Project Engagements

• Any pricing, scope, or timeline information presented during a call or in a written proposal is specific to the project discussed and is not a general price list.
• A project formally begins only once both parties agree in writing to a scope, price, and timeline.
• Scope changes after a project begins are handled as a separate, mutually agreed addition to the project, with associated cost and timeline impact discussed and documented before additional work begins.
• Payment terms, milestones, ownership handover, and support details for a specific project are set out in the relevant Project Agreement or invoice.

6. Intellectual Property of the Site

Unless otherwise noted, the content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Vujacic Web Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written consent, except as necessary to view the Site for your own informational purposes.

Ownership of deliverables created as part of a specific project (e.g., a custom WordPress platform built for a client) is governed by the applicable Project Agreement, which, as described on the Site, is generally transferred to the client in full upon project completion and final payment.

7. Third-Party Project Examples

The Site showcases links to live projects built for clients (e.g., third-party business websites). These third-party sites are owned and operated independently by their respective businesses. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party sites.

8. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through malware, scraping, or excessive automated requests.
• Submit false or misleading information when booking a call or requesting a quote.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Testimonials, case studies, and performance examples on the Site reflect specific client experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results for any other business.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vujacic Web Solutions and Milorad Vujacic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount, if any, you have paid to us in connection with the Site itself (excluding amounts payable under a separate Project Agreement, which is governed by its own terms).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vujacic Web Solutions, Milorad Vujacic, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless a specific Project Agreement specifies a different governing law for that engagement. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Novi Sad, Serbia, except where applicable consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
